Terms of Sale

By placing an order with Top2A you agree to these Terms of Sale. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

1. Eligibility

You must be of legal age to purchase the item under federal, state, and local law (generally 21 for handguns and 18 for long guns and ammunition), and you must not be prohibited from purchasing or possessing firearms or ammunition under any applicable law. Placing an order is your representation that you meet these requirements.

2. Firearms transfer through a licensed dealer

Firearms are shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) that you select, not to your home. You complete the transfer in person at the receiving dealer, where you present valid government-issued photo identification, complete ATF Form 4473, and undergo a background check. See How it works. You are responsible for your receiving dealer's transfer fee, paid to that dealer.

3. Compliance is your responsibility

Top2A surfaces known restrictions (state bans, the California roster, NFA rules) but does not warrant the legality of any purchase in your location. You are solely responsible for compliance with the firearm and ammunition laws of your state and locality. Orders that cannot lawfully be completed may be cancelled and refunded (less any non-refundable fees described below).

4. Pricing, payment, and order acceptance

Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change and may contain errors; we reserve the right to correct errors and to refuse or cancel any order, including after it is placed. Your payment card is processed by our payment provider; card data is tokenized in your browser and is never received or stored by us. Submitting an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline.

5. Returns and cancellations

Firearm sales are final once the firearm ships to your receiving dealer. Other return terms are described in our Returns & cancellations policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Products are sold "as is" except for any manufacturer's warranty that accompanies them; Top2A makes no other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Top2A is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item at issue. You agree to use all products safely and lawfully.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in effect when you order applies to that order. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the seller is licensed, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
